Your trust is the most important element in this coaching relationship. I want you to feel comfortable being honest, vulnerable, and empowered to make the nuanced tweaks for sustained change. To this end, it is my promise to uphold this agreement with complete confidentiality and integrity. I left a successful 18 year corporate career that allowed me to live quite comfortably. It would have been easier for me to stay there and continue on, but I had a calling. A calling to do something more in the wellness and personal development space. Life Coaching is not therapy, and there is a definite place when therapy is more appropriate. I consider Life Coaching the ultimate partnership. As partners we will move towards your best life, all the while leveraging your wisdom and desires to help guide us towards your unique destination. It is an honor to serve in this capacity.
